All orders are shipped via UPS. When your order is shipped, you will be sent an email with a tracking number for your order.
Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS website.
All APO/FPO PO Box orders are sent USPS and therefore do not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Options

- Shipments will be processed within 24 hours of the authorized order.
- Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or after noon (CST) on Friday will be processed on Monday.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except holidays).
- Delivery is within the US only and does not include A.P.O./F.P.O. or P.O. Boxes.
- Express deliveries must have signature for release.
- Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must ship express and require an additional $3.00 fee plus the additional express shipping and handling fee.
* Orders shipped to PO Boxes, Rural Routes, AFP/FPO Boxes must be sent by USPS Mail. Tracking is not available on these orders.
International Orders
- At this time, we are only able to fulfill orders within the United States
- If your billing information has a foreign address but you are shipping to an address within the US, we will be able to fulfill your order. To avoid a delay in the address verification process, please phone or mail your order.
